The staff were incredibly caring and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They were attentive and knowledgeable, even during busy check-in times. We were touched by the sympathy card and personalized message they left in our room, offering support during a difficult time. The location was also ideal, situated in a rejuvenated area with plenty to do nearby. the rooms were spotless and comfortable.
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped with multiple beds, and the two single beds were not as comfortable as the double bed. The evening meal at the hotel's restaurant was not up to par, so we opted to eat at nearby establishments for the rest of our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the railway station in the centre of town. And the value for money is incredible. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I also loved the attention to detail, like the fried bread they prepare for breakfast - it's the little things that make a big difference!
All was great, no complaints at all!

Conveniently located next to the train station, the hotel made my travel to the town centre very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful, always welcoming me with a smile. I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, and the fact that they had air conditioning to keep me cool during the hot summer days.
I did miss having a fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold, but there were plenty of food options nearby. the cooked breakfast was not my favourite, but the continental breakfast was good.
